We are members of CITO, the Consortium of Independent Tour Operators. This is a select organisation of proven quality operators throughout the country which have satisfied strict membership criteria. The most significant of these is the CITO Quality Award which must be applied to a minimum proportion of holidays we offer.

A holiday must comply with several quality standards before the CITO Quality Award can be attained and all such tours in this brochure are indicated by the CITO Logo.

CITO is a nationwide organisation committed to the continual improvement of quality coach holidays.

All holidays in this brochure featuring the CITO logo will include the following at no extra cost:-

Travel

• Door to Door Service on ALL holidays
• No overnight land travel
• All coach travel and excursions included
• Entrances & Admissions included as per 'Price Includes' panel

Coach (UK & European)

• All non-smoking
• WC/Washroom on board
• Full air-conditioning
• Adjustable seat backs
• Fitted seat belts
• Secondary braking and safety systems
• Facilities for hot & chilled drinks
  

Accommodation

• Minimum 3 star hotels (according to national country ratings and excluding 'Themed' hotels)
• Luggage handling (one piece per person at main hotel)
• Choice menu dinners (minimum 3 choice/3 course on UK holidays and a choice of main course on European holidays - overnight stays may be set menu)
• Themed meals as described in itinerary are exempt
• Full cooked breakfast (UK)
• Buffet breakfast (European)
  

CITO Escorted
Tours featuring this symbol include all of the above and are accompanied throughout by a Tour Escort (or in some cases, by a 2nd driver). Tour Escorts are not "guides" but are there to assist passengers, wherever needed, to ensure their comfort and safety  throughout the tour. On some tours, a local Tour Guide will be hired to provide commentary on excursions and places of interest. This will be shown in the "Price Includes" panel.
