It is comprised of regionally based coach and tour operators whose aim is to provide a higher standard of holiday through the CITO Quality Award. Tours have to meet certain criteria in order to qualify for the award. At Bakers Dolphin we fully endorse the aims of CITO and are delighted to confirm that a very high proportion of our holidays meet those criteria - as indicated by the CITO logo.
