Bakers Dolphin Latest Customer Advice as at 16th March 2020

At Bakers Dolphin the health and safety of our customers is paramount and our number one priority, as a result we are monitoring the situation regarding the Covid-19 outbreak closely by liaising and taking advice from the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO), ABTA and the World Health Organisation (WHO).

Whilst we have recently cancelled some of our holidays in line with FCO advice, all our UK holidays are currently operating as normal and should this situation change we will contact customers in departure date order.

To reassure customers and to minimise the risk of infection on board our vehicles, we have increased and improved our vehicle cleaning schedule and we have introduced a programme of ‘fogging’ our vehicles, which sterilises the complete interior of the vehicle and air conditioning system. You can see this in action on this video.

We follow Public Health England guidelines on where it is safe for our passengers to travel. All vehicles have anti-bacterial wipes which the drivers routinely implement. All our staff has been given strict guidelines on the importance of maintaining good hand, respiratory and personal hygiene. We are encouraging everyone who travels with us to clean their hands thoroughly and regularly.
