All our drivers are carefully selected and have been checked with the Criminal Records Bureau.

Do your drivers wear uniform 

All our drivers wear a smart company uniform.

What do you offer in the event of a breakdown?

We provide full support for customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year.  We have a duty Manager and Mechanic on call 24 hours a day and they can be contacted on 07860 433003.

What group sizes do you cater for?

Bakers Dolphin have a large fleet of coaches and people carriers and we offer hire to groups as small as 8 and our largest is 79 seats.

What are your disabled facilities?

At present, we do not have any vehicles specially adapted for the carriage of wheelchair users.  However, if a passenger is able to manage the short flight of stairs at the entrance of the vehicles, there is ample room to store a lightweight foldable wheelchair on the vehicle and many of our customers use this facility.  In the case of a scooter or wheechair powered with a dry cell battery you must be able to break it down into separate parts each weighing no more than 20 kgs and able to be reassembled by yourself.  If not you must travel with a companion to help you.
